Senior Art Exhibition
The Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art is proud to present an exhibition of fifteen graduating seniors from the Augusta University Department of Art and Design. Art work will be on display April 5-29, 2019.
Senior Exhibition is the final venture that fine art students take in order to earn their degree from Augusta University. The students are expected to hold an exhibition with a cohesive series displaying their ability as artists to enter and challenge the contemporary fine art field. The Gertrude Herbert will showcase a staggering fifteen students throughout all the galleries, while another eight students will display their work at the Westobou Gallery on Broad Street.
Closing reception for the exhibition will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 from 6-8p.
